  • Héroux-Devtek manufactures landing gear for both the commercial and military aerospace markets, and also provides overhaul services and spare parts. Héroux-Devtek is a supplier to both the commercial and military aerospace markets with airframe structural components, kits and assemblies.
  • The Kitchener facility (100,000 sq.ft.) is Héroux-Devtek’s centre of excellence for the machining of medium- to large-size landing gear components. Currently employs 165.
  • Annual sales of $82.5million (Q1 fiscal year 2011). Approximately 70% of the Company’s sales are outside Canada, mainly in the United States.

  • Centra Industries supplies structural, wing and landing gear components supporting major commercial and military aircraft programs. Manufacturing services include high-speed machining, complex multi-part assembly, engineering support, kitting & integration.
  • Over $10 million in exports to the United States of America, Europe and Asia- Pacific. Currently employs 250.
  • SAE AS9100B and ISO 9001:2000 certified, Centra Industries has also been recognized by industry including a Silver Level Preferred Supplier Certification from Boeing and `Ship-to-Stock`, `Delegated Source` and `Core Supplier` designation from others.

Chicopee Manufacturing Ltd. - www.magellanaerospace.com

  • Chicopee Manufacturing an operating division of Magellan Aerospace Corporation, provides custom precision machining of medium to large-sized components and sub assemblies to customers in the aerospace and related industries. The company has extensive expertise in machining the various alloys of titanium, high-strength steel and aluminum from forgings, castings, extrusions or plate stock and can perform non destructive testing and application of fuel-resistant and impact-resistant costing.
  • ISO 9002 Registered. Exporting over $10 million annually, primarily to the United States of America. Currently Employs 175.
