Real Estate Investment in Waterloo Region Remains Strong

For those of us fortunate enough to be living or working in the community we call the CTT, it came as little surprise when the Real Estate Investment Network recently ranked Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge as the #2 location in its annual list of “Where To Buy” in Canada.
Reasons cited for the region’s high ranking include: job growth, student growth and a new light rapid-transit system.
While one should never put too much stock in any given list, I am sure this added vote of confidence is welcome news for the 4,143 purchasers who have bought property through the REALTORS® of the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate board so far this year. [Read More]
