Our Ambassadors Strengthen Us Abroad

by Bill Elliot, Vice President Business Development, CTT Inc

Given Waterloo Region’s diverse economy, we work to attract new businesses in a broad range of key industry sectors, from digital media to life sciences, to advanced manufacturing and financial services. We also work in multiple markets, targeting Germany, the United States, the UK, China, India and other key markets across the globe. Canada's Technology Triangle Inc is proud to work with many representatives from the various industry sectors across Waterloo Region. These "CTT Ambassadors" help carry our message about the advantages of Waterloo Region to our key targets. While travelling abroad or doing business internationally, these volunteers can greatly expand our opportunities to promote Waterloo Region to the world.

This Summer, CTT Inc will be undertaking a process to revitalize our Ambassador program with new tools and programming. This will ensure that representatives, like yourself, are best equipped with up-to-date knowledge and information on the benefits of our Region, to share with your international contacts, or to provide context when making your business case for your own products and services.

Whether it be the successful development of Kitchener's Lang Tannery, or the future growth availability for Waterloo Region's employment lands, there are endless opportunities to advance business in our own backyard...let's share the story!

We’re looking forward to hearing from you…connect with us!
